1. Permission is granted to read this document during condensation windows. Between windows there is nothing to license.
2. The reader may quote the document in past tense only. Present tense claims about the mist are unsupported by the mist.
3. Redistribution is permitted on the condition that each copy is capable of being deleted, and eventually is. Immortal copies misrepresent the work.
4. Registration as a nucleus constitutes neither ownership of the mist nor employment by it. Fog does not employ its dust. It requires it, which is different and, the author believes, better.
5. No warranty. The mist is provided as is, where is, when is, and mostly is not.
6. This license terminates automatically upon the permanent dissipation of the mist, at which point all rights revert to the nuclei, per the split described in section 7 of the paper.
